Cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil straight from the Nov 2025 harvest, incredibly vibrant, green, and alive. Ridiculously fresh, cold-pressed within hours of picking. Expect a bright, grassy oil with a peppery bite and a real punch of fresh-cut grass. This early-harvest agourelleo is picked while our koroneiki olives are still firm and green, producing exceptionally low acidity (under 0.3%). Polyphenol count is 432 mg/kg.
