Care - 

• Bath Oil: Add approximately 1/3 capful (5ml) to a warm bath with a temperature of around 37˚C. Agitate the surface of the water with your hand to disperse the oil
• Hand Wash:- Massage with water to lather up for clean hands. Best followed with Olverum Hand Lotion
• Hand Lotion: Apply to clean dry hands throughout the day. To help calm the mind, cup your hands around your nose and mouth and breathe deeply
• Pillow Mist: Spritz two pumps of Olverum Restful Sleep Pillow Mist into the air, or directly onto linens from a distance of around 30cm. For best results, use immediately prior to rest or sleep
